How do I know what HP ProCurve Wireless products replaced the Colubris products?

A:
The “Colubris 2 ProCurve Translator” and downloadable “Colubris to HP ProCurve Product Conversion Matrix.pdf” are available to provide simple ways to find which ProCurve products replaced the previous Colubris products (and vice-versa if needed). The tool provides the “J number” as well to help with quoting and ordering.

How do I get software maintenance releases?  

A:
Software maintenance releases are available to entitled customers by contacting an HP ProCurve support call center.

How do I get the license to activate my Colubris products?  

A:
If you purchased products from Colubris and have not yet received a license that you purchased, you should contact a ProCurve support call center for assistance.

Please be prepared to provide serial numbers of your Colubris Product and proof-of-purchase documentation for the licensed feature.
